Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

You don't need to be home, but feel free to say "hello" while we're there if you'd like to!

Can my dogs be in the yard?

While we LOVE dogs and dog cuddles, we ask that you please keep your dogs inside while we are cleaning. This allows us to perform efficiently and prevents safety concerns. If your dog is aggressive, for our safety we will not enter your yard if the dog is out. We'll let you know when we're on our way AND when we're done!

 What happens in the winter?

Great question - for recurring clients, we will continue to scoop your yard. This means that we will remove any waste that is visible (i.e. not blanketed in snow or ice). Rest assured, if you are signed up for recurring service, any waste that is frozen to the ground will be picked up when it thaws. Your account will continue to be charged as usual, because the dogs keep pooping and when things warm up, we will clean it all up at the usual price. If temperatures are especially frigid, we won't be out scooping but we'll pick it all up at your next scheduled service. For those who decline service over the winter season, a one-time Spring cleanup price (based on the number of months of accumulation) will be applied upon resumption.
